Jarjan / Koshihikari // Koshihikari Backcross Inbred Lines (BIL) 95 Lines This mapping population consists of 95 backcross inbred lines (BILs) developed from backcrosses of rice varieties Jarjan / Koshihikari //Koshihikari by the single-seed descent method. The genotype of each line was determined using 149 SSR markers distributed along the 12 rice chromosomes.As a permanent mapping population, these genetic analysis materials can be used effectively for QTL analysis.
