Rice full-length cDNA clones
Maintenance and distribution of the rice full-length cDNA clones are managed by the
NIAS DNA Bank (https://www.dna.affrc.go.jp) from April 1, 2013. The ordering procedure and
prices follow the NIAS DNA Bank system (https://www.dna.affrc.go.jp/distribution/).
Rice insertion mutant lines (Tos17)
The mutant lines induced by rice retrotransposon Tos17 can be accessed through the Tos17 Mutant Panel database. About 50,000 lines have been generated and flanking sequences of Tos17 insertion sites from 5,000 lines analyzed. Further analysis is underway and new sequences will be released immediately after sequencing. An in silico screening by BLAST search against flanking sequences can be performed and seeds of the mutant line identified will be provided upon request.
We will stop accepting requests for Rice Tos17 Insertion Mutant distribution on 22 February 2021. We will send all ordered items, when payment is confirmed by 19 March 2021.
