Koshihikari / Hayamasari // Koshihikari Backcross Inbred Lines (BIL) 93 Lines

This mapping population consists of 93 backcross inbred lines (BILs) developed from backcrosses of rice varieties Koshihikari / Hayamasari // Koshihikari by the single-seed descent method. The genotype of each line was determined using 377 DNA markers (372 SNP markers, 4 SSR markers and 1 In/Del marker) using the BC1F5 generation. Seeds available for distribution correspond to BC1F8. As a permanent mapping population, these genetic analysis materials can be used effectively for QTL analysis.

'A' represents a homozygous allele for Koshihikari, 'B' for Hayamasari, and 'H' for a heterozygous allele. The physical position of each marker (position on the genome) is based on the IRGSP build 4.0 pseudomolecule.
